The City of Peace and Abundance on the Sea of Cortez
La Paz is a unique Mexican destination on the Sea of Cortez just two hours from Los Angeles. The city is the capital of Baja Sur and includes rich cultural amenities surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty and outdoor activities ranging from fishing, scuba, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking and golf. PS&M was engaged by the La Paz Tourism Board, comprised of hotel owners and private developers, to create a new brand platform and marketing strategy to encourage and increase travel and hotel stays. A large-scale strategic television, digital, social and public relations campaign was executed throughout the Western United States to share stories of peace and abundance from one of the world’s most diverse ecosystems.
