PSM Communication Arts is proud to welcome MVE + Partners as a new client, partnering with the renowned architecture and planning firm on its brand evolution and an integrated marketing and communications program as MVE enters its next chapter of growth.
With more than 50 years of experience, MVE has built a reputation for shaping residential, mixed-use, hospitality and master-planned environments across the U.S. and internationally. The firm has designed more than 205,000 residential units and 300 million square feet of built space and has earned hundreds of industry honors, including 325 Gold Nugget Awards, 24 Urban Land Institute Awards and 27 Builders’ Choice Awards.
MVE’s portfolio spans master planning, commercial development, multifamily and high-rise residential, hospitality, retail and branded residences, with projects including Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills, Ritz-Carlton Residences Newport Beach and OC Vibe Residential. The firm operates from offices in Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Guadalajara, bringing regional market knowledge together through one integrated practice.
The partnership is a natural fit for PSM, whose more than three decades of experience includes work with real estate developers, master-planned communities, destination properties, economic development organizations and residential brands.
“MVE operates at the intersection of design, development and placemaking, which makes this a very natural and ideal partnership for PSM,” said Daniel Martin, President and Senior Partner of PSM Communication Arts. “We understand the audiences MVE serves, and we’re excited to help tell the larger story of the firm and the impact of its work.”
As part of the partnership, PSM will lead the rollout of MVE’s evolved brand through an integrated communications program spanning brand implementation, strategic communications, public relations, digital and social media, content development and performance marketing. The work will also highlight MVE’s projects, people, industry perspectives and milestones through ongoing editorial storytelling, media relations, thought leadership and project-specific communications.
“With a firm of MVE’s caliber and reach, the story is much larger than any single project,” Martin said. “It is about the cumulative value of the work, the people behind it, the relationships that have endured for decades and the role MVE continues to play in shaping communities and cities.”
For PSM, the partnership represents an opportunity to help bring a well-established firm’s next chapter to life while building on the experience, relationships and body of work that have shaped MVE for more than five decades.
