AI is not a magic wand. It's a mirror.
Whatever you bring to AI, your intention, your judgment, your taste, it's going to reflect back to you at scale. So, as we put additional focus on scale and technology, we also want to make sure that we're not confusing speed for substance. We want to make sure that the creative work works. We don't want to lose the nuance, emotion and soul of our brands. AI doesn’t understand this. It doesn’t know what matters unless we do.
So we need to be doing more than adopting and prompting AI. We also need to teach and train AI about what matters most to us. We need to be able to clearly communicate our brand voice and values so it can better understand what we consider to be authentic and unique. When we work with AI in this way it becomes less of a tool and more of a partner. A powerful partner that can help with the daily lift and scale, so you can stay focused on the stories only you can tell.
And it’s those stories and what you bring to AI that will make all the difference when everyone is working with the same tools, data, and LLMs. The most compelling and effective brands will blend artificial intelligence with emotional intelligence, creating connections that feel more authentic and innovative. Technology can help us solve problems and answer questions, but it’s our intention and experiences that give it meaning and value.
