HERMOSA BEACH, Calif. – ART310 reached new heights Saturday night, attracting a record turnout and raising an unprecedented $100,000 for Indivisible Arts,, marking the most successful edition of the annual art auction hosted by PSM Communication Arts. Held October 17 at PSM's Hermosa Beach headquarters, the event generated a record-breaking six-figure fundraising total to support the South Bay nonprofit's vital youth creativity and mental wellness programs, surpassing last year's fundraising total of more than $80,000.
The record-breaking evening brought together an enthusiastic crowd of artists, business leaders, philanthropists and art lovers from across the South Bay, transforming PSM's creative headquarters into a lively celebration of art, generosity and community. Spirited bidding on original works by acclaimed Southern California artists, combined with an outpouring of support from attendees, helped propel ART310 to new fundraising heights and underscored the community's commitment to making a difference in the lives of local youth.
“We've hosted ART310 for years, but the energy, turnout and generosity we experienced Saturday night were on another level,” said Chris Salling, chief creative officer and partner at PSM Communication Arts. “To see our community come together and raise $100,000 in a single evening is just incredible. Our team puts a tremendous amount of heart into this event, and to see it grow into something this impactful is extremely rewarding. We're grateful to the artists who generously contributed their work, our sponsors and everyone who showed up ready to support a cause that truly matters. This is what ART310 is all about.”
Funds raised through ART310 will support Indivisible Arts' youth programs throughout the South Bay, including initiatives serving foster and system-affected youth, scholarships for students with financial need, and creative wellness experiences designed to help young people build confidence, resilience and essential life skills.
“Every year, ART310 is a reminder of what is possible when a community comes together around a shared purpose,” said Rafael McMaster, founder and executive director of Indivisible Arts. “This incredible generosity will allow us to reach more young people with programs that help them discover their creativity, understand themselves and develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges. We are deeply grateful to PSM, the participating artists and everyone who believes in the importance of this work.”
Presented by PSM Communication Arts, ART310 has become a signature event in the South Bay arts community since its founding in 2011. This year's record-setting gathering once again transformed PSM's 2,400-square-foot creative headquarters at 422 Pacific Coast Highway into a vibrant gallery, showcasing the work of accomplished Southern California artists while connecting art collectors and supporters with an important local cause.
