3Roots in Mira Mesa (developed in partnership between Lennar, Shea Homes, and California West) is a new welltopia of healthy living where the community is designed to take care of the residents who live there. Homebuyers have access to a state-of-the-art fitness and social club through the community’s partnership with FIT Athletic as well as an array of parks, mobility hub, and walkable retail. The 3Roots web experience shared this unique story of wellness, wonder, and wisdom with a mobile-first design built within a Drupal 8 PHP platform showcasing advanced CMS, SEO, CRM Integration, and data security.
